The device is applies t control the towing vehicles with spring actuators for the emergency

or parking brake. the bandle of the device return sautomatically to the service position,

if it is placed at any postion between service and parking, and also it can be locked at

the parking position.

Operation:when the angle of handle rangesfrom 0°to 10°,

the inlet vavle opens completely, the outlet valce closes, the compressed air enters

through ports. In this case, the vehicle is completely released from braking.
